Departure at 9.00 from Cumbres Blancas Inn in Esquel to Nahuel Pan Community. Upon arrival at around 09.30, we´ll have breakfast consisting of herbal teas served with delicious homemade breads. Then, we´ll participate in a gastronomy workshop where we´ll learn a lot about our host community. Once the workshop is over, we will enjoy lunch that will begin with a tasting of pickles as a starter and typical meals from the community. Main Course: a delicious roast lamb with different side dishes. After lunch we´ll share the stories by the fire where our hosts will tell us everything about their legends, traditions and give us a world view of their community. Then we will participate in an artisan spinning workshop and we will be able to take part in the herding activities of the sheeps towards the shelter. We will end this exchange day with a tasty snack. Return to the Cumbres Blancas Inn in Esquel around 6.00 pm. End of our services
